  • 2 x Cutlets (450-600g each)

  • 1 x Leg Fillet (400-500g)

  • 1 x 4 piece Osso Bucco (1.0-1.2kg)

  • 2 x T-Bone Steak (450-600g each)

  • 2 x Schnitzel (250g)

  • 1 x Flat Iron Steak (300-400g)

  • 2 x Diced Shoulder (500g)

  • 1 x Smoked Sausage (6 pieces - 550-600g)

If due to supply some cuts are unavailable, they will always be swapped for a product of equal or higher value.

Delivery

PLEASE NOTE:

Unfortunately, as this is a perishable product, we cannot be sure that our products will arrive to Rural Delivery areas in time. For this reason, only addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to.

Rural delivery is often possible if organised pre-purchase. We can and do deliver to local depots for collection by customers. Please drop us an email at orders@pearlpastures.com to arrange this before you purchase, and we will try our best to find a suitable solution.

For any orders that are placed with a Rural Delivery address without prior arrangement, we will have to contact you to arrange a refund or discuss alternative delivery options.
